This Shipping Policy explains how THE XIII HOUSE processes and delivers orders.

Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Processing may take longer during periods of high order volume. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Fulfillment and dispatch locations
THE XIII HOUSE uses independent dropshipping fulfillment partners. Depending on the product and destination, an order may be dispatched from a fulfillment center in the United States, a European country, India, or China. The dispatch location can vary by product and is shown or confirmed where applicable.

Delivery times
Delivery estimates vary by product and destination. The available delivery method and estimated timeframe are shown at checkout. International delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs and available methods are displayed at checkout. Where the checkout shows free shipping, no shipping charge is added for that order.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Taxes, duties, and import fees are included in the displayed product price; no additional charges are due at checkout or upon delivery.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address provided with the order. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.

Shipping restrictions
We do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Iran, or other destinations excluded from our active shipping markets. Orders cannot be placed for destinations that are not available at checkout.

Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments
If your order is delayed, damaged, or appears to be missing, contact us at thexiiihouse.support@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the issue with the fulfillment partner and carrier and assist where possible.
